"My wife and I recently moved to Charlotte, and we used Natalie Terry as our realtor.
Initially the company I interviewed with set us up with a realtor, but I didn’t think he would be the right type of person for us to work with. We needed someone who was very knowledgeable about the area, able to understand our needs, and be able to help drive the closing schedule based on our short time frame.
Natalie was recommended to us by my brother in law. Within five minutes of speaking with her, I knew she would be great. She first agreed to work with the requirements of our relocation company, which showed she was interested in working with us. "We just wanted to thank you for all of your help with the build and purchase of our wonderful new home.

When we were originally thinking of moving down to Charlotte North Carolina we started looking on the web for information about the area. Michael was drawn to your web site since it was the most informative and substantial. After our initial phone call you sent us a thick welcome to Charlotte package with tons of information along with several e-mails with listings to try to pin down what we were looking for in our new home. This positive response made us excited to come down and begin the process of looking for a home in Charlotte.

Once we were able to come into town you did a great job taking us to see the models and subdivisions that would best suit our needs and preferences. Even though you just had eye surgery, you accommodated our travel schedule to the area. You knew that we were looking for an open floor plan and large lot. So you took us to see the Turnberry Model and we totally feel in love with it. Then when we saw the wooded ½ acre lot with the rolling hills over looking the golf course we were sold. It was amazing how well this house matched what we were looking for. Additionally, you let know that it would be an easier commute from the south of town into Charlotte and in South Carolina the taxes are lower and the schools are better than in North Carolina. These are the kinds of insights that someone from out of town needs to know to make the best decision.

During the build you made us feel comfortable even though we were hundreds of miles away in Detroit. The way your team took photos of the house every few weeks and e-mailed them to us was almost as good as being here seeing the progress for ourselves. Your phone calls and e-mails kept us on the same page with the build as well as the sale of our two homes up in Detroit. Also at one point Turnberry dropped the ball on our weekly progress calls and you were instrumental at working through this issue with the builder and getting us in touch with the Vice President of Construction for Turnberry to get things back on track.

Whenever we came into town for design appointments or to walk through the house you were there for us and made us feel like we were your only client or concern. You always said to just let you know if we needed anything. We asked for your insight and knowledge of the area for temporary housing, an insurance agent, an accountant, a local recruiter for a good job position, and even fun bars and restaurants.

At the end of the build you were very helpful with the final walk through. Since we had never built a new house before you pointed out things we should be looking for. You were a much needed additional set of eyes to help mark items that needed the builder’s attention. You were also the voice of reason when stress was running high the day before closing. Finally, on the day of closing you were so sweet to bring us a welcome doormat, flowers in a beautiful painted vase, gift cards for each of us and Champaign to celebrate this monumental day in our lives.

Natalie, you made our dream a reality and we really appreciate your dedication, professionalism, knowledge and warm personality. We are very happy and plan on living a in our new home for a long time. Natalie, I wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you for all of your help, caring and professionalism during our search for our new home. We were moving to Charlotte from out of state and knew very little about the area. We had worked with several other agents before we referred to you. Bargain Properties >The Inspection Report

Are you looking for a home and becoming tired of house-hunting? If so, you may be tempted to buy a bargain-priced home "as is" and forego the home inspection. But without the inspection report, do you know what the "as it" refers to? Wouldn't it be better to know what condition the home is in before you buy it?

The inspection contingency allows the buyer to enlist the services of a licensed home inspector within three to seven days after the purchase agreement is signed. The inspector will go over the property from top to bottom, evaluating the condition of all the basic systems and structures of the home in order to identify conditions that may be considered material defects and thus may affect the market value or the safety of the home.

The inspector's report is the only documented proof of the actual condition of the property that is being sold. It is a valuable tool that helps you negotiate the sales contract and gives you information about future maintenance projects. The cost of an inspection is well worth the peace of mind it provides.
